Shipping

Yes, we ship anywhere UPS delivers.

Your choice: Select Ground, 2nd Day Air or Overnight shipping at checkout. UPS will email your tracking info as soon as your order ships.  All orders placed by 4 p.m. ship the same day. We ship daily except Sunday.

Sorry, Red Ryders are only available in the Christmas Combo.

Payment

Checkout is fast and easy. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. We accept PayPal or credit card payments. Card payments are managed via Stripe,  a secure service that implements client-side tokenization so no sensitive data hits our server, keeping your private information safe and secure.  If you have any questions, contact us and we’ll do our best to help you out with the checkout process. Orders only ship once we receive your full payment.

Returns & Exchanges

No problem. Just send it back in the same new condition as you received it and we’ll exchange it for a size that fits. (If we have a size that fits.) View our exchange policy for more details. 

Returned pajamas must be delivered to us unworn in the original packaging and in the condition they were received. 

Send us an email explaining why you want to start a return. We’ll send you a free return label if your return is store credit. 

Our inventory changes daily so we handle exchanges by issuing you store credit so that you can make a new purchase to get the item that you want. 

Yes. All international orders aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged. 

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 12 business days from the time your item was delivered to be eligible for replacement. Send us an email with your order number and detailed photos showing the defect and we’ll do our best to make everything right. If we’re unable for any reason to make things right, we’ll give you a full refund.

Cancellations and Change Requests

If you notify us before your order is prepared for shipping, we will try to help you update or cancel your order. 

Product Questions

The zipper starts just below the chin and unzips straight down to the waist – great for when ya just gotta ‘go.’ 

No, the slippers aren’t attached to the legs of the suit. This allows you to wear appropriate footwear while skiing, jogging, snorkeling, etc. Bunny slippers jut can’t handle that kind of abuse. 

Yes, the hood and suit are all one piece. If you get too toasty, the hood can be flipped back and rest on your back behind your neck like a hoodie. 

Yes, but they’re revolutionary Flip-Mitts©™ that allow hands and fingers to exit through slits on the inside of the wrists, freeing you to type, use your smartphone, eat nachos, pilfer turkey, bowl, etc. without unzipping or removing your comfy cozy Bunny Suit. 

If your loved one has a waist or belly 52 inches or less and is 6 feet 5 inches tall or shorter, it will fit nicely. An inch or two bigger in either direction will make for a ‘snug’ fit. 

Yes, email us with your measurements and we’ll give you a quote. We will be offering our ‘XL-300’ super size bunny suit in 2024.
